Employed.

I am officially employed! Downtown Toronto, here I come! I have not been working in an office for over a year now. I am quite excited to dive into the pace of the real working world once again.

On a different note, seeing by home being emptied out day after day is making be quite upset. This had been the place where I grew up for the past ten years of my life, where I laughed and cried, where I realized my first design project.

Shown above are cabinet unis designed for the display of my private Coca-Cola Collection. As a direct response to the space limitation of the townhouse unit, handrails on the third level had been replaced by glass cabinets to increase display space. This design approach also adds visual interest as one moves up the staircase from the second level.

Another day of excitement.

10282009. Another day filled with stressful paper work and excitement. I am happy to announce that people do truly admire my design and appreciate the thoughts that I have put into my home, actually I should say my old home from now on.

It has been an intense, yet exciting evening. After much anticipation, waiting and negotiation, we were able to put a beautiful deal together, one that satisfies both parties. Let my tell you, buying and selling houses is no easy game, especially in today's market where there is such a shortage of properties across the GTA. There is way too much psychological game involved in the whole process. Although it was tiring and frustrating at times, it was afterall a valuable experience. I thank my parents for letting me involved this time. I feel that I have gained so much knowledge throughout the past few weeks of just running around here and there with them.

After all this bidding war game finally coming to an end, I guess it's about time to make an appointment with Mr.ROK Choi to document my work before I really have to say "Goodbye, 66".

A Fresh New Start.

10272009 a date that officially signifies the beginning of a new life, the start of a new challenging project. It will be a big change, but I am ready to take it step by step to fully uncover my potentials and make my dreams come true.

Atelier P is officially on board to take some real actions! Please stay tuned eveyone.
